Liturgical Seasons
Easter Lily with cross in background
The season of Easter is the fifty days from Easter Sunday to Pentecost. These fifty days are celebrated in joyful exultation as one feast day or the “Great Sunday”. These above all others are the days for singing the “Alleluia”.

Easter is a time of a new season of grace and a time of joy and thanksgiving. The vestment color is white which reflects new life, fulfillment, rejoicing, and joy at this time.
